The property by the spouses Perronace, is divided in two bodies corporate,
Butteria and Zuvino, separated from the bed of the fiumara Assi, in the first seat of the farmhouse, in the second area is located on the ancient "Masseria of the Zuvino".
Agriturismo Villa Vittoria, and the Masseria Torre Zuvinu are located on the Ionian Coast of Calabria, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Our 4-legged friends are allowed in all our accommodations provided that:
· do not damage furnishings, blankets, and various linens
· no type of linen in the lodgings can be used to let our little friends rest, they cannot sleep on chairs, sofas or beds, under penalty of paying in full for the item used.
· The owners take care of their pets without relegating them to the room by providing for every gold need, the latter are trained for coexistence with other guests and their other friends
· that they are led outside on a leash, and if it is deemed necessary to muzzle them

RATES
The hospitality of our 4-legged friends provides for a refundable security deposit of €50, subject to any withholding taxes for damages, which will in any case be assessed in their entirety
Costs for extraordinary cleaning, €20 for the rooms €30/50 for the apartments, mandatory.
Remember to bring your friend's bowls and mat with you
Among other things, remember to bring with you on holiday both the vaccination certificate and – if you have one or more dogs – the certificate attesting to registration in the canine registry office.
The management will be at your disposal to advise you on specialized shops in the area, Veterinarians, Beaches for dogs, etc.

TIPS FOR RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY SAVING
Water is a precious commodity, let's use it consciously and appropriately.
Always turn off the lights when moving from one room to another
Don't leave the outside lights on, an automatic system ensures general lighting
Never leave the air conditioners on when you are away
Keep doors and windows closed if the air conditioner is on
For our health, experts recommend a maximum temperature difference of 5° between inside and outside
Do not leave electrically connected equipment, such as chargers, etc.
In case of heat, open the windows in the shade and vice versa
In hot weather, open the windows in the morning when it is cool and keep them closed during the day, including doors and curtains.
When using the toilet, use the appropriate flush button
When washing or taking a shower, turn on the water if necessary
Always close the main lever of the toilet/bidet

Do not throw any type of object or paper other than toilet paper down the toilet
Always close the gas gate valve after use
Don't throw blankets and sheets and pillows on the floor as there is more consumption, when they are washed, and more use of detergents.
At the management you can ask for natural soap to wash yourself
If you have potted plants on your balconies, put a glass of water a day and they will thank you with their flowers.
Remember to return the key upon departure

What we do for the environment
Most rooms have solar heated hot water including the pool shower and farmhouse kitchen
Most of the windows are equipped with double glazing
Our drains are treated with natural systems that allow the reuse of water for irrigation
All lamps both internal and external are energy saving
The winter heating of the main building is ensured by a thermo-fireplace fed with wood from our company
Our company uses the organic method for crops, therefore zero pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Educational Tours (Morning)
The educational farms are farms that welcome school groups and families trying to build a direct communication between the farmer and the younger generations to raise awareness of the agricultural environment, the origin of food products, animal life, the various artisan activities.
The school farm allows students to discover the social and economic importance of the trade often underestimated, providing the opportunity to get to know the area in its entirety production and cultural, a way to encourage the school/local community.
The educational at our farm/farm results in two important moments:
Our teaching farm is available to collaborate with schools of every order and degree for the realization of projects PON .
This year may be associated with the corporate visit also excursions outside:
